These include, but are not limited to:

• Re-configure a manifold
• Replace/rebuild a manifold’s internal parts
• Disassemble & inspect valves
• Replace valves while manifold is in-line
• Update flanges to API specs
• Conduct hydrostatic pressure tests up to 22,500 psi
• Advise on correct procedures to replace manifold components

In addition, DOYLES offers a comprehensive preventive maintenance program known as ExtendedLife™. This scheduled periodic maintenance covers components typically found in choke and kill manifold assemblies, choke line valve assemblies and kill-line valve assemblies located on land-based drilling rigs. It also can include minor on-site repairs and exchanges. To prevent drilling disruptions, ExtendedLife™ maintenance is scheduled for times following completion of drilling activities and prior to moving to a new location.
